Our logistics and establishment services ensure that health facilities are set up and ready for a reasonable timeframe after completion of construction and building handover. Throughout, the process is aimed at ensuring that the new facility is operationally ready to receive the first patient.

Programme & Schedule of Occupation Development:

Allegro Trading creates a detailed schedule for the occupation of the new facility. In the event of a replacement facility we plan for and co-ordinate the scheduled relocation of services from the existing facility to the new facility.

End-User Training and Orientation:

Our team co-ordinates and facilitates training and orientation for end users, ensuring they understand the new building and building systems.

Input into Standard Operating Procedures:

Allegro Trading offers guidance on standard operating procedures related to the new building, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Unit Setup:

We oversee the placement of all equipment and consumables, preparing each unit to be operationally ready and receive and treat patients.

Physical Unit Occupation and Relocation:

Allegro Trading ensures the establishment of services in the new building and where facilities are relocating ensuring that all equipment, personal and patients are relocated smoothly to the new premises.

Post-Occupancy Support:

We offer ongoing support after the facility is operational, addressing any issues that arise during the initial period of occupancy.
